Return policy & reimbursement
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
To make a return, you must present us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the article returned, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again.
Then, contact the entity issuing your credit card, as there could be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing period before a refund is displayed.
If after doing all of these steps, you have still not received your refund, please contact us at contact@torue-paradise.com.
Solid items (if applicable)
Only items at current prices can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, the items are refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an article if it is defective, damaged or does not meet your expectations. In this case send us an e-mail to contact@torue-paradise.com by explaining the reason for your exchange request. We will then send you the procedure to follow to return the product.
Processing deadlines
Once we have received your return, you receive a credit or a refund within 10 working days.
Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by email at contact@tortue-paradise.com in order to be informed of the return procedure.
You will be able to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchange product may vary.
If you are sending an item more than € 25, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to follow the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you turn to us.
