We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity requirement, and all our deliveries are free in France (excluding overseas territories).

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@tortue-paradise.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All our textiles come with a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our valued customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small or too large. However, we know that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration.
